I finally got to take the fly rod out this weekend and test out your work of art. The fly rod casts beautiful! everything about it is perfect! its just the right length to cast in narrow streams. I went to the east fork of the San Gabriel River in the Angeles National Forest today (about 45min from downtown LA) and caught my first wild
I finally got to take the fly rod out this weekend and test out your work of art. The fly rod casts beautiful! everything about it is perfect! its just the right length to cast in narrow streams. I went to the east fork of the San Gabriel River in the Angeles National Forest today (about 45min from downtown LA) and caught my first wild trout with my new rod! it was about a 7" east-fork silver rainbow (i thought it was a brown but fish and game was out doing a survey and told me otherwise). It put up a good fight and i had a great time.
